I think it would be quite cool to see our current staff's applications. Im not sure if they are deleted so that other people cant copy them. If that is the case then just ignore this i guess :p
Not really much to this. Let me know what you all think.

I disagree.
I don't think examples are needed, because a person has to write his own application, with his own answers. Examples are only going to be copied.-

alpert3925 BuilderBuilder ⛰️ Ex-EcoLeader ⚜️⚜️⚜️ Premium UpgradeThats what i was getting at. If they are deleted so people dont copy, then i understand. If they were removed for other reason then i would have liked to see them come back.

Yes, old staff apps, including current staff's previous apps, are deleted so that players won't look back through them and copy the answers.
-
i agree with this, perhaps allow it to be viewable by link, if a person wants to show someone else, but not public...

Players being able to see Staff apps and comment on them can show a lot about the applicant. :b Good to see how people react to critiques and comments on them.
I'm with others on this - they should stay hidden to avoid copied answers. As well, a Staff member's application isn't always an accurate reflection of the Staff member... Especially if they have been on Staff for a long time. People learn and improve once they get on Staff (usually, anyway), and change as people. This is not even to mention that over time, Staff application picking has varied and changed. -

Considering a lot of the questions are hypotheticals, the players need to be able to think on their own. If they have a way of seeing what an 'acceptable' or depending on the staff app 'correct' answer looks like, then suddenly the questions will be useless.
