Er, I'm not entirely sure that would work Dewsy. Andrew is always looking to lower the memory/storage amount. Even if it did save it, it would be deleted before long.
And, what's wrong with the current system? It isn't broken, I see no need to fix it.

xD I agree, this rule works. It protects both the mayor and the plot owner (to an extent). If people don't want to be evicted they can always try to ask if the mayor will make a contract stating that they can't remove you unless you break a rule. -
