    Brief Description: When I was online today I noticed that there were more residents then builders at times, which is very unusual and i have barely ever seen this before. So this got me thinking about the price of resident and what it should be!

    Open Discussion: I'm thinking the price could be around 25k but that is a decision for @andrewkm ! If you like this suggestion say I if you agree with me and feel free to post your opinion!
