+1 As it stands now, if someone wants to increase their rank a lot in the SG standings they can get a hacked client and appeal once they get banned. No penalty... I agree, wipe their SG stats and maybe even include a bonus penalty to help them remember not to hack by giving them 10% less money they earn in SG. I personally think that hacking doesn't really have enough of a penalty. Sure, people know you hacked, but there is really no other IGN penalty. If SG stats are wipes and/or their profits from SG are permanently decreased, people would be less inclined to hack.
But what about people who don't have that many SG points? Doesn't that seem kind of pointless if you are only removing 1-10k points?
+1 Most of the points you earn, are with the hacked clients. Therefor it's giving them an unfair advantage to the game, and a harsh punishment should be enforced.
I like this idea but the only question I have is what if someone is banned for sg hacking but is later determined innocent what would happen?
