You should be aloud to make a chest locked for multiple people. Like, the person making the chest private could type in /cprivate randomname123 also_othername48 awesomeEPICotherName2.
Reason:
It SUCKS when you want to share chests with friends, so you leave them un locked and someone takes all your shiz-nit!
