I think u should put a higher price on soul sand. The reason being is because unlike netherrack soul sand is not everywhere in the nether and also there is also the risks of being killed by other players, falling to your death and falling into lava pits. It also seems to be that not all too many people have access to the Nether and so they also do not have access to soul sand. being as it is at least for the people who wish to sell soul sand to the server u should boost the price higher to at least a dollar for the people who have access to the Nether for the trouble they go through to find this item. So please if you can it would be nice of you to consider this request. however if u refuse that is also fine. so please consider. it would really mean a lot to me.
