Suggestion:
Please stop recommending the use of /ignore, especially in complaints.
Reason:
This is absolutely the most worthless command ever and evidence of our complaint system shows it avoids nothing.
Any Other Information:
This command would be great if it did not reset 2 or 3 times a day or so (sometimes). As it currently (does not even function) functions, it is completely useless.
I feel terrible that I have to resort to leaving channel g and channel tr simply because of a few trolls. I realize that by doing this I am missing out on some very good information regarding players.
I do respond to mails or pm's when possible though!
Link To This Plugin/Is this a custom addition?:
I am still offering to pay to see the /ignore command moved to a database file and I am sure there are others!

Personally from experience this command should /ignore them permanently until u decide not to, and when you /ignore someone it doesn't solve the problem all the time in actually makes things worse, as the person you are in conflict with will bring this into global chat and make this even more out their which is just not what is needed.

There isn't really a good alternative in many situations where mild to moderate bickering often breaks out into brief severe bits but to say to them to /ignore each other. I mean I agree /ignore is faulty as hell and would love to see it improved to where it doesn't reset, but the good thing is that as soon as someone mildly irks you, you can just /ignore them again so it's still the best solution we currently have. So I don't agree to not still suggesting it.
BUT major +1 to improving the command to be permanent until un-/ignore or even maybe allowing the staff to have the ability to force /ignore between two players (however I would much prefer a /mute option over a forced /ignore).-

Dear @Moderator 's
We shall now recommend our users close their eyes while online instead.
It's 2016, seriously, the internet will always have trolls and people that will find a way to annoy you. Learn to mentally ignore them.
Although @AdmiralD I do agree, we should eventually look into revamping the /ignore command. It's just not a priority.-

I shall not ask for any eta, but wait patiently as I am pretty sure this is not the highest priority issue you have on your plate right now.
Thank you for your acknowledgement and consideration!
