Well, there could also be a courtesy decline message, so the sender would get a message saying "Libbyyjo declined your payment of 75,000" so if the receiver tried to file a complaint against you for you scamming you would have evidence to defend yourself because you clearly tried to send the money but they rejected it.
+1 This has been suggested many times I myself have suggested it in the past, however it never seems to be enacted even with support. I would like to see this implemented.
How would you be able to find out that you got a payment? Would it be the first thing to appear to you in chat? If so, that's not quite logical because half the time I can't see the top of my chat.
I think that you should be able to do this. It should mail the user something like "$25,000 was received from [username] while you were offline." . I think this will make it much easier to pay off loans. I also see a downside to this. From my understanding, you would have to type in a players full username rather than just like the first 5 letters, so you would have to know the full username. I don't know how we would be able to fix this. I like the idea but I don't like the flaw. +1 & -1
