Seeing that no one has brought up this point, I'll do it.
Builders are usually new players, like fresh new. When you are a builder, you are supposed to learn how to make money by yourself the hard way, as that's what you have to do to prevail. Say, a builder does the parkour X times & votes and ends up getting resident. What next? Their income is butchered. Their next goal is mayor, which is sky high at 85k. What do they do then?
