Suggestion:
i'm suggesting we open banks again?
Reason:
I'v noticed it's hard NOT to spend my money knowing that i will always have at least 10k or whatever in my pocket. But that money im saving for something. if we opened banks again we could deposit say 10k that way 1: the preset banks will become functional again. and 2: when you want to buy something you'll be forced to think twice if its worth it

There are many user created banks that do savings accounts, current accounts and loans, therefore I can't see how, A, it will benefit us and B, how it is any different.
