Suggestion:
Keep people from participating in Sportsbook, stocks, etc if they are banned
Reason:
My reasoning is that this user couldnt handle themselves in game they should not be able to make money while they are banned, in the case they may come back. Why do they get this opportunity when they couldnt follow in game rules
