Been suggested numerous amounts of times, was turned down each time. Closest thing you will get to this is EcoDollar Kits which you can use 1 time only.

 

if there was a no kit sg. all the non-kit users would play that. leaving all the kit users to play with eachother.. and everyone knows if you buy a sg kit you dont like to play fair :p. what im saying is it would ruin the point of an sg kit. which is having an advantage.

The truth is its a very very very very looooong story. Its full of sides and debates on real money and fairness. Basically without biased opinion the truth is this. Kitters pay real life money to have these kits, these kits are therefore an asset to the server in both funds and draw to the game. To take away this aspect will damage the servers income and purpose to providing these kits. The server will not cut their funds to make the game a little more fair, that's not a practice that will keep this server open very long so it is not used. So to answer your suggestion "Money makes this server run" so nothing will EVER be done to nerf or discriminate against kits.

The only way I see this happening is with no ecd reward whatsoever
