    Suggestion: Add a new rank between president and mayor, governor.

    Mayor - Town 1 (85k)

    Governor - Town 2 + Rank (100k) + (40k)
    Town 3 (140k)
    Town 4 (180k)

    President - Town 5 + Rank (250k) + (50k)
    Town 6, 7, 8, etc. (350k + 75k per town)
    Tycoon - (500k)

    Reason: Makes president and tycoon harder to get.

    exactly, greatly reducing the number of presidents. the only thing is what about tycoons with less than five towns...

    I guess a 500k refund, but they would be mad.
