    How would this be confirmed? If you say Radthorne, he misses a bunch of lottos each and everyday, and for the last couple of months, has been banned. So, this really isn't possible until something is coded to do so.

    oh, yea, That's a major flaw. Mods can lock. I'll post another suggestion if we find a way to fix it :).
