Suggestion: Adding a "Tax-Back" lotto win metal
Reason: The taxback lotto is a rare lotto run by AndrewKM. Similar to the lucky lotto, and crazy lotto metals, I think the taxback lotto deserves a win too.
Any Other Information: Players who have already won this type of lotto should be able to get the metal if they provide screen shots.

However, people who won the lucky lotto prior to its release did not get it, so I dont think these users should get it if they won prior. -

In my opinion a prestigious medal would be one you actually had to earn, not one that requires a very large amount of both luck and good timing.-
