Suggestion: nether fence to be compatible with gates

Reason: me and ny freind built a aswome fire/hell sort of place and it has big gates in it that had nether fence then i pyaed someone to do some gates for me and he siad gates dont work wirh nether fence so he tryed it just to make sure but it didnt work so then we had to put wooden fences in a firey/hell place and it sort of ruined it a bit

Any Other Information: this was written on my phone so there might be some spelling mistakes or something
