Is it possible to have threads automatically lock after a certain time and just pm a staff member if you need it unliocked?

I'm sure it's possible. Not a good idea though, sometimes threads do need to be "bumped" because new and valid information should be added. Plus lots of work for us to go round unlocking every thread.

+1 to the idea of necro warning though.

 

I mean like after a few months of no one posting. It's unlikely someone has something to add to a thread that hasn't been bumped in over 6 months or a year...

I like this - but the plugin looks like it only looks at the thread's age, and not the last post's age. Shouldn't be a problem though, if we set the necro limit to 14 days as usual. +1
