This. There's no reason why people without /travel should have to jump through the portal, and this solves the problem @OctavianCloud brought up.
/mining is the mcmmo command though, its my personal opinion that this suggestion is no good as its not that hard to get into mining in the first place and those with multihome can set a home their for convenience like i myself do. We all now have access to multihome using /buyfeature so it shouldnt be a issue of getting it for anyone who really wants to and tries.
No thats just twisting my words. But you can do that. I said its not that hard to get into mining, we have a tutorial that tells you exactly how to do so, theres people with features to get straight into mining even and bypassing /warp mining by doing so. As kuke said there could be a command to do the same, i pointed out that /mining is the mcmmo command though already. Makes no sense to me to bother changing how any of this works though as there are already plenty of ways to get into mining, just because people cant be bothered to read the wiki or tutorial dont mean we should then add more ways to get into mining. Anyone with a problem getting into mining asks in general chat and is usually met with a answer on how to do so as well. Im done on this post though and to quote "its not hard to get into mining and this suggestion is useless" thats all i really have to say about it. Ive made my point i think and dont care to keep arguing the same thing over and over we have plenty of ways into mining already and this adds more than needs to be added ever.
Given the fact that the portal in mining varies in location a bit, having a warp in the mining world requires moving it (and remembering to move it) each time we reset. I don't really see how this honestly makes any difference but I'll see if there's something we can do about it.
Can't we change /warp mining to take you to the same place as /travel does? If I am correct, when you click the compass the server runs a command to teleport the player to the designated area. Why can't /warp mining or /warp ms take you to that location? If it works for the travel interface, shouldn't it work for warping?
