Well, nobody seems to be explaining WHY nstar prices being high is a bad thing.. They just say "this will lower prices so it's good". There isn't even any argument.

I don't see any problem with nether star prices skyrocketing. It's GOOD that less people can get star tools since they print a crap ton of money into the economy. Nether star prices are one of ECC's only healthy markets, and we shouldn't really be worrying that much about their price.

 

Perhaps it is just purely out of self interest for his own wealth?

united is doing a better job at wording it than I do. But this is what I was trying to say.

 

I don't think you guys realize that changing one thing, especially something as common as nstars, will drastically affect everything else. Really the only thing they could do to balance a change like this would be to raise that price of star tools. And this may be a good thing because imo startools are already too common for being 'a endgame item'. And that's coming from someone who (on a past account obv) was friends with one of the first people to ever get a msword. That was such a big achievement back then and coming back to this server it seems like getting the item has become much less of an achievement.

 

Do some of you guys remember the time where we had 6 vote sites and nether stars only sold for 300? Having more vote sites would lead to having more nether stars in the system. This means that the sell/buy price would both go down. There are a lot of people out there who don't want more vote sites because they would probably raise the price of star tools a lot.

 

Just speculating. But everyone has the right to their own opinion despite their reasoning.

As a first timer in the nstar market, and with the hub coming out "soon" more voting sites really couldn't hurt. Even if it just was one more. And yes I am aware that new players =/= server income
But it will for sure up the chances. Just my 2 cents

Way to bring in something completely irrelevant. People buy lots of things, not just kits.

 

Kits being probably the most profitable feature by far. More voting sites=new kits and kit buffs. Look at the bigger picture.

 

They won't add kits, but it will certainly increase the amount of people that buy them. And that can only make our current SG situation worse, which is why new minigames couldn't come sooner.

 

I am thinking of the bigger picture. With the hub comes more games, and the death of sg and kits.

 

I highly doubt that since kitters will do anything to keep their advantage. We'll wait and see but for now having to increase costs is a bad plan.

sorry to bring this up, but my God! To put it in your words:

kits are not the biggest selling features! Think about it, how many people are mayors or lower? How many mayors or lower have sg kits? The biggest selling features, by far are tpa and multi home.
