We've recently added the booklet to allow those who would not like to compete in the current weeks theme the ability to still have something to do. In the future more things will come such as using the booklet achievements for stuff, perhaps redeeming them for main server awards, etc.

Marked suggestion as denied as I don't believe your original thought out idea made it into VMR, however we are in fact working on new things for VMR in the future.

Should you want to make a new suggestion, as quite a few weeks have already passed since the launch of VMR, you are welcome to do so with new ideas, or a revamped idea of this thread, and I will look it over and let you know what I think.
