Suggestion: Adding a thread for mods

Reason: It would be cool to have an area to discuss mods we use, should use, or other things like that.

Any Other Information: There probably already is a suggestion for one, I just didn't really feel like looking for it. Also, I was thinking of having a sub-topic like the price suggestion thread that's made for Tekkit, for the Tekkit players to talk about what they do, and being able to talk about TEKKIT servers only.
