i don't like that because many builders go there to get resources and then their would be loads of diamond guys with extreme enchants just camping waiting for a builder with all of their stuff to come and then they would slaughter losing many biulders

 

We used to have this in place, but it was removed for good reasoning.

The main world is constantly being overran by multiple towns. There's running out of room for builders to Mine, take shelter, etcetera. With the monthly resets of the Mining World, there's always resources up for grabs, in a peaceful manor. The Non-PvP was implanted to prevent the hassle of having to scavenge the main world looking for resources, but instead go to the Mining World, and find some quickly, and safely.

Being removed so recently (Mining-World PvP) I doubt we'll see a return of the PvP anytime soon, due to the large quantity of players on the server today.

 

Builder:
*Warps to Mining World*
I love mining!
*Proceeds to mine*

PVPer:
I will kill this builder!
*Kills builder*

Builder:
..........what!? All my resources!
*Logs*

You see? If he dies and he has barely just started the server, he will quit within an instant!

 

this has been suggested a number of times it wont happen plus i hate pvp in mining world.

 

Yeah, most likely not gonna happen. Andrew even commented on this subject before, he didn't seem to be a big fan.

 

NO PVP

 

I honestly don't really care if it goes back to PvP, but I can see it affecting a lot of new members and this could hurt future donations and the community may miss out on a great player. :3

 

Why should earning money be a risk? Thats like making the main world PVP so you can kill someone while they are working hard to rank up.

 

Making the mainworld PVP would be doomsday. I'd dump my inventory, run into the wild and live in a cave until it blows over.

 

i do like pvp but since everyone doesnt think its a good idea to have pvp in mining world then were not going to have like andrew said NO HAPPENING

 

Whoever said this, i agree!
If u want to mine, go to the Mining World
If u want to pvp, get nether or go play hunger games or PVP

The last thing we need is one last place for relaxing. and one more place for killing and mayhem!

 

Back then there was no builders allowed do that Again no builders

 

This wouldn't be good, because some people could spawn camp, or just kill helpless people who are just trying to mine. Also, it would kind've be trolling, and if PvP came back to the mining world, then it would make less people wanna come, because they are afraid that someone will kill them.
