I completely support this mining world idea. I think we would need to adjust the value of ore though, which would be a very good compromise for the sake of adventure!
I love this idea! Although if you are lucky you can find an untouched area, it rarely happens. Id love to go through a portal and mine for hours on end knowing i have a chance of finding something
We cant have creepers couse that would mean we could easily get music disks impossbiel to get in a legit way, apart from adndrekm's competitions. That would make the music disks price go alot down
All together playing on this server for however long I have I have only found 6-8 diamonds, and I mine a considerate amount apart from farming. DJ you got my vote!
6-8 diamonds? Thats really nithing. Maybe u should change ur minign techinique. I stoped mining when i got resident and until there i had gathered64+ diamonds. On ECC. I do not joke. In fact i believe some people have gotten even more than i did. I stoped mining couse i realised farming was much more profitable, and becouse i have farm acess
There is a plug-in that we could use to change it so that we can't get discs from creepers. I think that would be a good thing but is not necessary.
I love this idea but i must point out ive found two unexplored abandoned mines this week gotta dive down and dig sometimes still brilliant idea
Honestly, I just wish there was something that I could do besides farming where I wouldn't be completely wasting my time and I could make a little bit of money.
he could make a unclaimable spot in the wild with a portel that gets world edited ever month to a new type of chunk
Ya but if it reset every month then it would be very easy to get ores and prices of things will fall very fast making mining less profitable... Maybe I'd they just changes the portals locations more often?....
I dont think that it was actually all that hard to find ores even as it was... more like annoying... i do like the general idea though...
