    Minecraft Name: RyanBlocks2

Suggestion: Raise the price of Melon Blocks to $1.95/block from $1.65/block (Its a bit over 2k/hr difference I believe).

Reason: Melon swords cost a fortune but melons make next to no money.

Any Other Information: Yeah, melons are easy to farm but they make so little and its not like mining is difficult.

I guess considering the price of melons they could make a bit more money, especially considering mining with an eff5 can already make more money than melons. It's a 2000 nstar tool, after all.

You are able to make OVER 10k/hour EFFORTLESSLY with melons. Just watch Netflix while clicking your mouse, and you're able to make tons of money mindlessly without ANY EFFORT AT ALL. Might I not also mention, that unlike mining, melons are PURE INFLATION. You have absolutely NO INTERACTION with the player economy, unlike mining where you at least have SOME interaction with the player economy.

Melons are currently fine where they are and they should not be raised.

OH YEAH, DID I MENTION WHAT A 20% INCREASE MEANS FOR FASTBREAKERS? YEAH, THAT'S RIGHT, A 10K INCREASE PER AN HOUR (60K/HOUR BOYS)

Mining is also basically "Pure inflation" 90% of that gets sold to the server. Also "OVER 10k/hr" is like nothing. I can make more pumpkin farming and cocoa farming all which are the same "Pure inflation" all which also require no effort at all but that don't require a million dollar tool.
And Xray miners make make more money too? Fast break is not allowed and if melon prices are being nerfed only because of fast breakers clearly another discussion needs to be had on how to better catch fast breakers.

Pumpkin farming can make around the same plus is more difficult and requires speed/fly. Cocoa beans need to be replanted which takes a good amount of time and effort. You literally can't relax and watch netflix unlike what you can do with melon farming - 100% effortless. A good amount of mining ores ARE sold to other players, unlike farming which EVERY crop they farm is sold to the server.
Xray + Fastbreak mining only makes around 30k/hour. Fastbreak melon farming makes 50k/hour. 20k/hour is a very large difference. As far as catching fastbreakers goes, I've known many players who have done so for a long time and have not gotten caught. If they're smart and take the proper precautions they can get away with it for the most part. If you really want to effectively block/catch fastbreaks, you'd need a more effective plugin that can actually block and kick fastbreakers (Check out my AntiAura suggestion.)

No it makes more but it does require more effort ill give you that.
No, planting takes no effort at all it is soo easy to watch a show and plant beans.
Not really. Most people just sell them to the server. Some are sold but not many.
So clearly the server needs a way to better catch fastbreakers.

Yes, it does take more effort.
Replanting takes efforts, as you'll have to go for the many rows of beans that you have harvested - that takes time and effort and isn't as easy as you have it while melon farming.
SOME are sold, compared to farming where NONE are sold.
    Yes, yes it does.

It really doesn't take that much more Effort to plant seeds at all. All you do is walk in a line and hold m1 down just like melon farming. And even if this change is implemented cocoa farming will still make more than melon farming
So what? A very small amount are sold and its not like melon farming will suddenly make more than mining after this change it wont even be close.

It actually.... Does. You'll have to go back and forth replanting and harvesting cocoa plus the fact that you may miss some and have to go back to replant - Trust me, back when I've cocoa farmed, replanting was a pain in the ass.

No, I'd say a pretty good amount are still sold. Anyway, you're missing my main point - Melon farming is literally mindless semi-afk money making where you can watch a movie while farming rows of melons and sufficiently make a guaranteed 10-12k/hour as opposed to mining where you actually have to be actively ingame and paying attention to make any good amount of money - Might I also mention, mining is largely based on luck, where in melon farming you're literally GUARANTEED to make 10-12k/hour.

+1. Honestly how much damn effort does mining take? I watch movies while I mine lmao. Considering the price of mswords this is needed.

It's possible to watch movies while mining, however you'll have to devote a lot of your attention to mining to make any decent amount of money.

Pretty sure like 5% are sold to players,
Being there are so many publicly available macros out there not for auto switching tools, most people fortune on the spot and then just sell inventory when their macro does all the smelting and repairing...
So i agree with Ryan, literally no mining materials are sold to players.

Melons could do with a slight buff as you do still need to be semi looking at the screen otherwise you could be deemed afk farming which is illegal.

I could technically do the same mining with a autoswitcher tool which is legal, just hold forward and click.

You don't get the point - If you want to make any considerable amount of money via mining, you have to pay attention to what you're doing.

Melon farmers already gets tons of money for such an effortless and easy task. Wanna make more money? Why not actual mine and put some effort into your work.

Melon farming is the one of the most if not the most efficient way of making money on ECC - Just hold down two keys and boom, 10-15k/hour SEMI-AFK.

Mining with an eff7 is pretty mindless work, though. You might need to pay a bit more attention, but not enough that it prevents you from watching tv on the side.

Make them $2 and make slices $0.20. I don't see why it can't be an even number.

You clearly haven't tried just mining in a straight line with an autoswitcher tool macro, Sure i can stop and pick a few ores not in the line, but thats no different from turning around at the end of a Melon Farm row. :)

Any idea how much that method of mining makes per an hour?
