    Suggestion: Make the sales of towns official. So that the town cannot be just taken back and so the buyer of the town is able to purchase things such as heal signs and town portals.

    Reason: This would encourage the sale and buying of towns. It would also provide protection for those who buy towns and allow the people who buy the towns to use them to there full potential.

    Any Other Information: There also could be a charge such as 20k to prevent the abuse of a system like this. And only Resident+ would be able to own towns.

    When commenting please provide reasons as to why you perhaps dislike the idea or agree with the idea.

    +1 - This seems like a good idea, perhaps they could just make it so that the original owner cannot claim it back, and the current owner(s) can purchase upgrades.

    Agree, I seen several users take advantage of this system, such as jbuks he sold a town to david_torento that he co owned for 175k since kvbillo the original owner was banned, then once david herd that kvbillo was only temp banned he sold the town to another user and when kvbillo got back on he took the town back, and i think jbuks should be banned knowing that kvbillo was only on a temp bann. So basically he took a town he didn't own and made money.

    I agree, however Andrewkm has already said many times that he does not support user to user town trades so this won't happen.

    And also, with the amount of town transfers that happen on a daily basis, It would take too much work.

    If a fee was to be charged this would reduce the amount of work as less people would apply. Many contracts are currently made to prevent the taking back of towns, this would serve the same purpose.

    Andrew has already spoken on this issue numerous times. He has changed the rules to make it harder for a user to just 'take' a town back. He doesn't want scams to happen anymore than anyone else. But, from what I can tell, don't quote me on this, Andrew doesn't believe people should own other people's towns at all and thus I don't think he would ever make this official.

    They do enough work with mayor and president apps. More would delay the mayor and president apps.

    There have been times before were Andrew would give a solid "No." and then change his mind.

    As you see above, someone suggested LWC's be removed from the mining world. Andrew replied with "No" and locked the thread.
    Last i checked, there are no LWC's in the mining world today.

    It's possible to change Andrew's mind.

    Anyway, I like this idea. It's an economy sever, and we can't trade/sell towns officially?

    Allowing the sale of towns may stop towns from becoming abandoned. I've seen a few abandoned towns. It makes me sad when that land is locked from everyone else too.

    No, Just no.

    Towns werent added so that they could be sold to other users, but to house residents instead.
    No need for official town trades.
