Minecraft Name: xX3PICREBELXx Suggestion: Lower the warp cost from $75,000 to $50,000 Reason: A warp is almost a necessity for any town owner to have. Any Other Information: I don't think it's fair that people are paying almost the same price as Mayor to just be able to get people to their town. There may have been certain situations in the past where a builder might have simply quit ECC because they didn't know how to get back to the town since the town owner simply couldn't afford the warp which is something I don't think should be encouraged. It's really a shame that you just can't get to EVERY town on ECC for free, or without asking to tp to cords or whatever. +1
No. Warp is an additional feature to a town. We also don't want to make the price to high as it will encourage more residents to buy Mayor.
I would like to see a discount price for a warp if you are ranking to mayor though. 50,000 if applying for a /warp after town creation (Make mayor rank + warp = 130,000 Or When applying for Mayor, you can get a discount price of getting a warp for the town with it creation for 100,000 Means warps are only 20,000 if you buy them together, great discount, beneficial for towns, still money out the economy through additional town warp etc, which would be at 50,000 still
Back when we used to have town portals they were 85k, everyone just put up with it and it was always a great selling point for a town. When I became mayor I had to pay people to TP builders and the like to my town, as I had neither a town portal nor the donation feature. I had work towards affording a portal and it was another thing I could say I had accomplished. And that's disregarding the fact that earning 75k now is easier that it has ever been. Due to the removal of town portals, warps have replaced them. Warps are a lot more useful and versatile, and still priced less than what a portal was. In terms of the OPs argument of it causing builders trouble, they could either go buy a plot in a town with a warp, of which there are many, or the town mayor could guide them through how to set their home. The worst case scenario is that they complain in global, staff or other players instruct them to do "/rg list" or whatever it is to find the town name, and then someone can TP them to the town with tp++. So I don't see a reason as to why the cost should be lowered.
Start at $40k for mayors and then add $15k for every additional warp. It would go: $40k, $55k, $70k, $85k, etc. A town warp should NOT cost as much as mayor itself.
