    Suggestion: Put the lotto draw on the hour, eg. 8:00, 8:15, 8:30, 8:45, 9:00

    Reason: Organizes the lotto a bit. When someone is not online they can look at a clock and easily identify when the next lotto is, and if they should log in to enter.

    Not exactly how lotto works as it's a 15 minute timer. It would be easy to reset that so it's every 15 minutes by manually drawing but it would be thrown off again with the next crazy lotto.

    Of course the code could be changed but I really don't see that being an effective use or development resources.

    It's literally uploading a picture, clicking two buttons, and saying "this is a rating now". Andrew did it himself and calling his time "Development resources" is stretching it. :b

    Crazy lotto would just throw it off. To many people want to many cray cray's for me to feel this is worth it.
