    Suggestion: Make lottery taxes 15%

    Reason: I agree that lottery taxes needed to be increased, but not to 25%. With 25% lottery taxes, there is not much money being taken out of the server because the major snipers are not playing the lottery due to this massive increase! If taxes go to 15%, more people will play lottery and some of the snipers may snipe again! This will increase the money taken out of the economy because it is more than the previous 10% and with the new 25% no one is playing!

    +1 I agree, because 1 ticket vs 1 ticket in lotto isnt even worth it, really. I believes snipers and lotto people would agree with lowering the tax
