    Suggestion:
I suggest that when no one makes a lottery purchase that the lottery doesn't broadcast a message.

    The Message :
'No Tickets sold this round, Thats a shame!'

    Reason:
It can become very annoying to constantly see the same message over and over again.
Especially when playing for a few hours a day.

If you type /lot messages that won't show up, but it also won't show when people buy tickets.

I don't mind seeing when people buy tickets or who wins. But I think it's just useless to keep giving that message every 8 minutes even when there is very little people online and the server is quiet.

it shows up once every 15 minutes. Hardly a problem.

EDIT: Looks like it's every 8 minutes now. (who thought that was a good idea?)
Still hardly a problem, though. It's 1 line of text every 8 minutes. Just ignore it.

Agreed. That message reminds me to buy a ticket.
