Suggestion:
To give those who have built the lobby the rank of [Builder] in the lobby. To differentiate from the main server's builder rank, it would be light blue.
Reason:
It would help recognize the lobby builders as important to the lobby itself, and seeing as though there aren't any non-staff ranks in the lobby, I think it would be a good idea.

There might be a lot of travelers, so I think it would be a good addition just to limit all the gray :) -
I don't see Builder as a useful lobby rank, especially since you can see ranks via chat on our other servers and the main server has a builder rank.

Maybe give them the rank of Architect so it doesn't coincide with the rank builder on the main server
