Minecraft Name:zardgyer

Suggestion: A command (/kit minecart) which would spawn 1 minecart. Should be only available to use once per hour, as well as minecarts being unavailable to sell to the server, or $0 like water and lava buckets.

Reason: Minecarts can be lost easily during say restarts or just not having one when you need one.
