Okay, first off. Just no. And secondly I think this is a great idea. I've played about 25 games since kit free games came in but have only had 1 kit free game, seeing chance go up based on each ranks population is ingenious to get more people into sg. Higher Ranks usually like kits more, lower ranks dont, it all works out.
+1 I like this idea, and it could advise builders to stay longer on ECC, meaning more donations, meaning more server! Nice suggestion!
