Minecraft Name: @LotBot
Suggestion: Instead of having to file two seperate ban appeals for TS/ECC, make it to where it is included in the app.
OR
If a user is on Teamspeak when they get banned Kick them with the message "Please do not get on TS until your ban duration is over"
OR
If a TS ban is applied for the reason "In Game Ban" Then set that ban to expire the same time as the Ingame ban would expire.
Reason: For users who were on Ts when they recieved a ban, they get banned on TS aswell, because it is considered "ban evasion" and they don't even get a "hey hop off you're banned in game" type kick, it's just a Ban right away, and that shouldn't need it's own TS appeal, it should just be an unban when unbanned in game. Me, not knowing I would have to appeal to get back on TS, had been banned for 6 days, and now have to wit even longer to get back onto TS.
Any Other Information: f your arguement against this is "Don't get banned and you won't have a problem" kindly take your comments elsewhere as that is not a helpful comment.
Link To This Plugin: No plug in, just change the ban appeal app to include a line "Is this a TS Appeal, In Game Appeal"
OR
If a user is banned in game, and you're the one to ban then on TS, go and post that the user has been banned in game on the Complaint (If one was filed) or on the ban appeal (If one was filed)

But there needs to be something in the appeal that gives a user the thought of "Hey I need to do a TS appeal also" -
Ahh, I see what you mean. Generally, not every player who is banned is also banned from teamspeak. That is just if you go to teamspeak after you are banned. I believe it says it that in the TS rules, however, correct me if I'm wrong.

There is a reason for them being separate, for severe cases of bans that are related to team speak only, would then require a normal ban appeal even inf they aren't banned on the server?
Also naming your appeal banana peel and ban Apple are great ways to get your appeal denied :D-

Or you could not get banned and not have to deal with it in the first place?

As far as the banana peel/ban apple: http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/ts-banana-peel.123668/#post-663273
But I wouldn't have used that if it were a legitimate ban appeal that needed to be taken more seriously. As, I was banned in TS because I got banned ingame and wasn't given time to vacate Teamspeak.-

A ban is a serious offense and you should be locked out of ingame and team speak as well until appeal from both. I know the suggestion to only allow access to appeals section was denied, but maybe make it so they can't comment anywhere but the appeal section.

This makes it a legitimate ban appeal as you have to post it to get unbanned. Even though you said not too say it, its 100% true, do not get banned...its pretty easy.
Also, if your banned in game, you feel you have the right to 'vacate' from teamspeak at your leisure? xD
I don't think so, you should be removed straight away, without warning, cant follow the rules? Then take the punishment...-

As for "appeal from both" When the reason is "banned ingame" Then, once the person isn't banned in game, the should no longer be banned in Team Speak. -

I can see your point, after seeing Sky's wording of what is essentially the same suggestion.
Adding which services you've been banned from, that way you can be unbanned from both when unbanned. -

I'm not saying to allow the person to stay in teamspeak, I completely agree they should be removed, however I shouldn't have to file a 2nd appeal just because I happened to be on TS when I got banned. Users aren't banned on Teamspeak right when they get banned if they aren't on Team speak at the time. So why not give the person banned a change to not "ban evasion" by kicking him saying "Please do not get on TS until your ban is up on ECC" -
