Please make the event plots hallow underneath. Leave about 10 layers of dirt or something. But please, can we have them mostly hallow.
Reason? Its a pain to hallow those guys out. And yes a lot of builders do hallow them out.

I know I always dug them out fully... (and if they were filled with dirt that was a blessing for my excavation skill, but I considered that a perk).

So... if I want to build on Y=40, I'd need to dig below the surface, fall to the bottom of the area, then fill the whole plot up to that level?
IMO it's easier to remove dirt from an events plot with an efficiency (I)V shovel than filling it with dirt (which needs to be obtained from somewhere else).-

It's easy to put one layer of dirt where you want the floor. It's harder to clear 40 layers when you just want to start building. -
Yeah, a_man summed it up what I was going to say. Once someone obtained an Eff5 at least, it shouldn’t be too much of a hassle.
