Suggestion: That there be a /help auction

Reason: I see many people asking about how auctions work. I think this should be a chapter of /help that explains what an auction is, what your supposed to do, and some auction rules. This will give moderators a break from explaining the every time by simply answering their question then says "and type /help auctions for more info." I know it will help them a lot. ;)
