I think that there should be a new staff rank added into the mix called the Guru. There should be One Head Guru and Three Gurus. These people should be around to help anyone with anything that they need. If one of the newer people on the server had a question about something or needed help building, mining, or farming then a Guru has to help him out. Also, they must take jobs and such when people advertise them in trade chat. Mods do many things like this, but they are usually busy. The difference with Gurus is that helping people is there job and they have to drop whatever they are doing to go and help. Seems like a pretty good idea to me, how about you guys?
That it is. It would be a good idea If you got paid so many ecodollars an hour for helping people kind of thing.
