    Suggestion:
    Forum Transactions.
    Reason:
    Makes transactions safer, and an easier way to pay back loans when you can't find your debtor online. It would be done with an application that would be accepted by an SM+ or a GA+. A staff member can not accept their own app. The amount of money would have to be over 50k. All the dates and amount would be documented so no one could get away with scamming. Keep in mind that this is between forum accounts.

    This was suggest about a month ago, but there hasn't been any activity on the thread recently so I decided to repost it.
    Link To This Plugin/Is this a custom addition? I think this is already possible with what we have already. If not it is purely Xenforo.

    The only staff ranks which can directly handle cash in the way stated by this suggestion are SA's and above. Which, for staff purposes, is pretty much just me. If we were to extend this to lower staff ranks I really wouldn't see the difference in just asking a staff member to hold on to money until they see someone online.

    Why develop/implement this if there are so many different ways around it?

    Have a staff member hold onto cash for you.
    Have the receiver of the money make a trade sign
    Create a trade sign only the reciever will have access to

    I think this is already available but monomer has access to it. A trade sign is not recorded or documented. The purpose of this is so it is document with absolute proof with no question that someone didn't pay.

    Not actually true - all trade sign interactions are logged. These logs are of course only accessible by administration however we can in fact access these if a dispute over a payment arises. (Admittedly looking into them is something that I'd prefer to avoid if possible but I can do if issue arises over payment evidence).
