Suggestion: Add a news ticker to the forum main page, above the shoutbox.

Reason: It would be a good idea as the page with the shoutbox sees quite a lot of traffic. We could use it for events and some recurring messages. We could also possibly rent advertising space for players/player events to take money out of the economy.

Any Other Information: It would be useful for the shoutbox page to say some recurring messages (e.g. don't change your username) and some breaking news (e.g. stocks!)

I assume there's some xenforo thing. At the very least, add text boxes that can be edited by administration? :p
