Denied [Suggestion] Forced ignores

+1 Complaints is full of so much petty squabbles easily solved by /ignore but people for some reason choose not to do it. Already said in a few places some people on here simply need to grow some thicker skin but /ignore should also help with this. I personally am of the opinion some people just like all this pointless drama and choose not to follow the mods suggestions.

Ox, I agree that something needs to be done to stop the petty bickering between players. To ask players to ignore each other is absolutely useless to even suggest since the ignore command does not "stick" and sometimes can be reset 2 or 3 times a day. I know our staff is doing their best, however, I really wish they would stop wasting time even suggesting doing this.
The only way this will ever be solved is if they start doing progressively longer temp bans.

+1 The user I'm dealing with does not ignore a single person, as he told me personally, and he seems like the enjoys flaming others. It would be good if this was implemented. Great suggestion

And, how about a /Jail? they are muted, can't do any commands, their stuck in a sad box, AND they can't pm anyone. Awesome!

 

PM should be automatically blocked as we'd use herochat mutes and PM is tied to herochat.

In many cases you'd have to be active for time in jail to pass. If a newer player is jailed, they'd probably just quit and never return if those were the circumstances - They'd much rather just go play on another server than have a window open for their player to sit in a jail. Mute at least effectively retains players as they can still play while muted.
