With a proper pricing the high prices won't put the crop above what the staff wants for people to be making on farming per hour. Even saving your items might only net you an extra 1K or so per hour of farming whatever is the best now, and has delayed profits, assuming perfect efficiency. Without perfect efficiency you might make a good amount more, so this could be additional benefit to the non-perfect farmer.
I remember we had something like this. We would have a mining/farming season where prices would go up and down. I really like the idea being implemented back. We switched to a farming season and have been in it ever since.
Love the idea. It seems a bit tricky to pull off though... But lol, all the smart people would farm one crop and store it, and then sell it. All you guys are blowing it off and I'm scratching my head as to why anyone wouldn't.
