no feature is worth $200. And also, people will buy the feature whether on not it is on sale. The whole time I have been on ECC, I have not seen anything that went on sale. I get that you don't want to pay that much money for a feature, but there are monthly promotions there for a reason. It gives you a purpose to buy those features at that time.
Not true. You buy whatever the promotion is, AND you get a FREE giftcard. It gives users a chance to get something free for participating in the monthly promotions.

Before I completely write this off, I'm going to example the pros and cons (seriously people, you must do this next time, instead of doing "-1" and "no bad disagree"). Pros/Cons for the players: Pros: Yay! Cheap donation features! Cons: Um, I spend money on a feature I wouldn't normally buy due to high price. (Best I could think of to be honest) Pros/Cons for Andrew: Pros: Yay More money for my server! Cons: Bummer, now I'm getting less donation money because everyone donates almost nothing until a sale :/ Sure, It's great for you to get cheap donation features. You don't really want to spend that hundred bucks, perhaps you'll snag it for eighty bucks instead. But Andrew would get tons and tons less money because everyone would wait until he does a sale and hope to get it cheaper. Andrew even doing promotions is a big wow. He's running a server, your donating to him. He's practically letting you donate less to him because he's giving you free money. You may look at people like Tommy_T and think "Wow, andrew got $2,000+ from him! But know what? Suddenly, after that money is donated, it gets used up. And pow, no more money from Tommy_T, he already donated. Do any of us know what it's like to run a big sever? Perhaps Andrew is sitting around in a mansion somewhere, watching enough donation money come in to have to process every 24-48 hours. Rather instead, he's sitting in an apartment. Running another job on the side just to keep food on the table, and light-bulbs working properly. You may wonder how I know this, it's because Andrew posted a big long story on how his electricity went out ect, but that's another story. In summery, he's not living on the side of the road with a desktop (he does have the most powerful system running ECC), but he's definitely not sitting in a mansion, or nice house somewhere sipping lemonade. We'll never know his $$$ per year, but him giving you promotions seems rather generous already.
