Problem:
After seeing the recent donations since Investigator was introduced, I noticed that the more expensive donation features have been harder to get. This is because very few people will donate large amounts of money to the server at one time because most people have a "spending limit". This has caused a huge inflation in the EcoDollar prices of donation features such as Ext Commands Plus, Fly/Speed, and Investigator, while the EcoDollar prices for the basic donation features dropped. Because of this, less people are donating for the "top" donation features simply because nobody is willing to donate $100, $70, or even $60 to the server at once.

"Aha" Moment:
The ECC Unclaimed Credits Thread gave me the idea of introducing this suggestion.

Suggestion:
My suggestion is to introduce a way to donate to the server for cash credits, instead of donation features. The donors would donate for the user they desire, and the donation would be added to the Donation Credits Thread under the customer's name. This way, people who want the "top" donation features can do so easily by buying cash for EcoDollars from other users and saving it up to buy their dream donation feature.

Example:
DFat wants Investigator, but nobody is buying it for him. Instead, DFat buys two $20 donation features from rabidworm, buys a $15 donation feature from Netsui, buys a $15 donation feature from vdubmastertech, and buys a $30 donation feature from SynWannaBe. All these donation features add up to $100 in the Donation Credits Thread, so DFat applies for Investigator. DFat gets Investigator quickly and efficiently while the donors finally get the EcoDollars they wanted.

Pros:
More money is donated to the server.
People get the donation features they want.
Donors get the EcoDollars they want.

Cons:
It would be too easy for somebody to save up for the $500 "All Features" donation feature.
The donation would have to be processed twice, once to add to the Donation Credits Thread, and the second time to apply in-game.
