Reason: So that if someone changes the comment and you don't agree anymore you can recheck there opinion. Any Other Information: It can be a "Yes/No" option to put it on or off Link To This Plugin: Xenforo plugin. Not sure if it exists though.
Far as I know, the ratings are a plugin already, and probably do not have this feature. Something like this would probably have to be suggested to the person who created the ratings plugin.
You can watch threads and bookmark posts. It's a little more work, but those steps can help in keeping you notified when things are changed on those posts.
