Yes, I know, and I've expressed my support of that idea in a previous post. I'm replying to Expip's notion that no differences except for pay between the arenas would work too.
How would something that is not going to happen ever solve anything? Ok, I have the recipe to become very rich: just write somewhere that everybody should pay you 100k. It would make you very rich, just it would probably not be implemented. Seems legit.
