Honestly, I can see why some people talk in the shoutbox about their ban. Some people wait what 4-7 days to get a response? That's ridiculous! Many users must get annoyed by this as they are itching to get back on the server. I know you should be taught a lesson about not to break rules again but the amount of time staff makes some users wait is ridiculous. I think there are many more things to fix, too many to name, before this problem.

 

From what I have seen, very seldom does it take 4-7 days for a response unless it is for a scamming issue that takes time to research, or a repeat offender (usually someone who has been banned over and over again).
Rather than discussing it where none of us can make a difference, pm an appropriate mod. Most of us really are just tired of hearing it - don't want to wait? Don't get banned!

+1 it does take a while to handle appeals but it does not make a difference in the speed if u bug people in shout box. Just wait patiently and it will get handled.

 

Dafuq? They don't freaking wait barely enough to learn their freaking lesson. Don't want to wait? Don't get freaking banned. Period!
Staff has a lot of work to do for the users who respect the rules, so I couldn't care less for cheating users' waiting time. A single second of honest users' time has much more value than a thousand years of dishonest users' time. So let's please make them wait as much as possible, let the staff work on honest users' requests, and if some banned user dares to complain in the shoutbox, ban them from the forum as well and clean this place from their annoying presence.
It's their problem and they totally freaking deserved it.

If it wasn't clear, I can't stand cheaters, scammers, x-ray-ers and such, even more when they complain for having been banned for something they chose to do.

 

why deny them when you can just make them wait longer?

+1 it is not to hard to wait. I appealed today and it got taken care of in about half an hour

 

I don't think most users have their appeals handled in as quick a time as yours was, though. I agree though, it isn't that hard if you occupy your time with other things.

 

ya mine took 4 days but dont get banned if u dont wanna wait simple as that people who get banned have no one to blame but themselves they should be punished for bugging people in shout box
