Suggestion:
Treat small complaints between bickering players as troll complaints and just lock them without doing anything.
I'm talking about complaints such as "player x bypassed caps filter once" or "player x said 2 semi offensive words to me"
Reason:
The purpose of the complaints section is for people to post complaints about people who are legitimately harassing/scamming ect to them and ruining there experience.
Currently complaints are just being posted back and forth between players cause they don't like each other. The majority of these complaints are small things such as stated above and it gets pretty ridiculous.
Hypothetical example of something you'd see in the ban appeals/ complaints section.
Bob and Joe don't like each other.
Bob joins sg and says something like "Gl you'll need it"
Joe proceeds to file harassment complaint, not cause he is upset he just doesn't like bob.
Bob then spends 3 hours watching chat until joe jokingly says Hax after someone else wins sg
Bob files complaint on joe for hackusating.
Joe then files a complaint on bob the next day for bypassing caps once or something just as silly.
And on and on it goes...

Eh, yeah, some players are filing complaints for the smallest things - But they are still breaking rules, right? If it's really minor, mods will just dismiss. But it makes no sense to dismiss complaints where actual rules are broken.
Not enforcing rules is a silly thing to do.

However, there are so many rules that it is easy to break one accidentaly. A lot of times in game this little rule broken is just ignored. No one was hurt and it wasn't a big deal. However people then screenshot it and make a big deal out of it in the complaints section. In my opinion this is just needlessly creating drama and problems where none exist which is why I don't believe these complaints should be taken seriously.

Why should you get rid of the small complaints? They still get people in trouble for doing illegal things. And let's be honest, it doesn't take 5 hours to handle complaints like this. Maybe, *maybe* 5 minutes.
Also, where do you draw the line between a "trolling" complaint and a "not trolling" complaint?
I think that implementing this suggestion would take more effort and time than it does to take 5 minutes 3 times a day to handle minor complaints.

UnitedStates2 BuilderBuilder ⛰️ Ex-President ⚒️⚒️ Gameplay Architect Premium UpgradeIt doesn't hurt for a staff member to remind the player of the rules too - When a player isn't told or reminded that those actions are illegal, they'll continue to do those illegal actions until a staff member does inform the player that his or her actions violate the rules. It literally hurts no one to remind the player that what they're doing is illegal and advise them to stop.
The only drama that's caused in the complaints section is drama caused by irrelevant posts. Let's crack down on those instead, and actually go for what causes the numerous trolly and irrelevant posts in the complaint section - Lack of strict and consistent enforcement of the rules in that secction.-
