Thread Title:
Alter the system for dealing with complaints
Minecraft Name:
MJMgamer/MJMbeaver
Suggestion:
It'd be nice to see players get a chance to explain themselves for being banned. Yes you can file a ban appeal, but I feel it is different. When you're filing a ban appeal, you are requesting to be allowed to do something again. When given a day or two to explain your side of the story, you give the mods to see all views of the situation.
Reason:
It will help users dealing with complaints.
Other Information:
!5 minutes can in fact save you 15% on car insurance.

The Moderating team has fair ways to ban and warn, and each of which is done in a methodical step pattern. Trust me, if you get warned or banned, it's generally for a reason, and a reason which you most likely know. Plus, as nicit said, you can explain yourself where relevant.-

I'm happy with how complaints are handled currently. Where someone's input is required/may genuinely change the outcome of a complaint (eg. scamming and providing proof of payment) players are given the chance.
Now I'm going to guess that you posting this wasn't a pure coincidence the day I banned you from the shoutbox from a complaint, but this tells me that you probably wouldn't have even taken the opportunity to reply seriously if you had it.. hey, I may be wrong on both.
