I did I was a dumb resident didn't take screens of my purchase deal, even though the person who scammed me knows they did wrong.
This is also a good idea to ensure your town doesn't get sold while you are inactive by a comayor (partly the reason I don't add coowners). I know many people removed like that (yes I am looking at you, @TBM_Striker)
thats exactly why i was thinking this addition to the town system would be a good one. stops mis selling of towns etc. and yes @stoler202 i am talking from experience -.-
