Like I said, I'm horrible at coding. :p But like there would be three lists. Part of the region, neutral, and banned. I think follower is trying to have a thing where you can't set foot in the town if you are banned from it.

 

I know I am not a staff, but I speak “we” as part of the Server and helping and in need of more users. We are currently focusing on several other stuff unless it’s really useful or needed. And I know Andrew makes the decisions but I simply wanted to leave my point of view.
