Suggestion:
You add a /cdeny command to block only one person instead of everyone. I found a person breaking through my shop and if I want to ban him and him only from my shop... how do I do that. Not possible so create this command. I'm also suggesting a /wdeny a whole new thing, like power over your own warp. /wlock, so no one can come through your warp, /wdeny a person that cant go through, /wunlock warp name.
Reason:
This would keep more people out of unwanted areas. If a person has fly and one door is open but a trapdoor is locked they can go through the ceiling to the next floor or through the floor to underground workshops, farms. And if that person has a plot in the same town the person can go and grief everything in that farm/harvest without replanting. Even if he does replant then the person that ownes the plot comes back and its right as he left it, just replanted.

Yes if they break town rules or will not stop griefing, this would keep them from doing so.

You are describing either /home, or a town feature removal application and (optionally) new warp application without the cost.
Bypass for a LWC blacklisting command (your proposed /cdeny): Ask someone else to open the public door, then pass through it. Personally, I don't really see a use for this - especially considering that it requires custom code.
A /cdeny command won't prevent them from griefing, they could just break the wall (which can't be locked, unless it's obsidian).
LWC. However, warps are handled by a completely different plugin. -

Closing and later reopening a warp is essentially the same as filing a feature removal application to delete the warp, then filing a new town warp application once you wish to reopen it, that was my point.

I would be closing it only denying some people the warp and letting others through. Say someone destroyed followerville casino. I could /wdeny or /cdenywarp [person].
Maybe find a way to make warp plugins and LWC work together. Or take bits and parts of both put them together and code to create a bigger better plugin -

This would make the people of ecc happy to see all their plugins working.

You deny the warp, person can still tpa there using another person. Very easily bypassable. Maybe do a thing where they can't enter the town at all?

Would be possible with our current plugins if you want a blanket ban for everyone who isn't a member/owner of a specific town, although I don't know how well it handles teleporting into the region.

For users that get teleported in, maybe something like Repeat(10)=(IF=usersbanned=intown,override /spawn)
I'm horrible at code, butsomething like that. -
That IF syntax doesn't make any sense.
I did some research - if you're not allowed to enter a region, you simply won't be teleported (i.e. Spigot's Player#teleport(Location) method will fail), so any kind of custom code is actually unnecessary. -

But if your not a member you cant get in. So if your selling plots, no one can get in... Back to what I said, /cdeny[town name] [username]. Maybe that would work if you linked the two plugins
